Three formats
Keynote

The talk

30–45 MIN

A single, focused keynote drawn from the book. The right length for graduations, opening sessions, and awards evenings.

Keynote + Q&A

The conversation

60 MIN

A keynote followed by a moderated Q&A with the audience. The default for conferences and leadership retreats.

Keynote + Workshop

The working session

90 MIN

A keynote plus a short workshop exercise using the book's Playbook structure. For teams that want to leave with something written down.

Rates

Tiered by audience.

Rates scale to the audience so schools and youth-serving nonprofits are never priced out. Every inquiry gets a specific quote — the tiers below are the starting frame.

Tier 1

Schools & youth programs

K–12 schools, JVS, youth-serving nonprofits. The lowest tier, with scholarship-funded and pro bono slots available for Lorain County partners.

Tier 2

Nonprofits & associations

Community organizations, professional associations, chambers of commerce, industry groups, and higher-education events.

Tier 3

Corporate

Companies, executive gatherings, leadership offsites, and internal conferences. Standard commercial rate.

Topics

What Joe speaks about.

Each topic can be shaped for a school assembly, a leadership retreat, or a corporate keynote. Joe adapts examples and framing to the audience without changing the substance.

Climbing Without a Ladder
The signature talk. Building a career when nobody hands you the map — the four forces of Legacy, Intention, Vision, and Execution.
From the Kiosk to the Corner Office
The mechanics of climbing from an entry-level role to executive operations. What actually compounds, and what only feels like progress.
The Four Forces
A working-session keynote built around the framework — audiences leave with a written commitment on each of the four.
Skill Doesn't Ask for Permission
For students and early-career audiences. Why the credentials you weren't given matter less than the skills you can build in silence.
Leading Without a Ladder
For leadership teams. Managing people who arrived through paths that don't match yours, and building the systems they need.
Custom
Every audience is different. If the topics above don't quite fit yours, tell Joe what you need — most events call for something between two of them.
